- Extensive expertise across HR functions including compensation, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, and HR technology.
- Deep understanding of strategic HR management, including workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational transformation.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to manage sensitive information and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with corporate objectives and support the Exchange’s transition to a fully digital and automated organization.
- Exposure to global stock exchanges or financial organizations embracing digital transformation will be a significant advantage.
