  • Proven expertise in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions (such as advanced HRIS/ERP platforms).
  • Strong leadership in driving digital transformation within HR functions.
  • Ability to integrate automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making into HR operations.
  • Extensive expertise across HR functions including compensation, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, and HR technology.
  •  Deep understanding of strategic HR management, including workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational transformation.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to manage sensitive information and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with corporate objectives and support the Exchange’s transition to a fully digital and automated organization.
  • Exposure to global stock exchanges or financial organizations embracing digital transformation will be a significant advantage.
