Job Description

Job Description: The incumbent is accountable to the Secretary BOT and perform roles but not limited to:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Board of Trustees.
  • Maintain official records, correspondence, and reports in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with university departments and units for smooth execution of Board-related activities.
  • Prepare draft letters, memos, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and documents.

Academic Qualifications: Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Skill & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Office of the Board of Trustees of a reputed private university or Board of Director of  Bank or reputed corporate office.
  • Experience in administrative Coordination, preparing meeting minutes, handling confidential documents, and communicating with senior officials.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Age : Not exceeding 35 years.

Salary: Negotiable.
