Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to assist our recruitment and client service delivery teams in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about talent acquisition, client relationship management, and the overall dynamics of an executive search environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare candidate profiles, summaries, and documentation for client submissions.
- Assist the Client Service Delivery Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Conduct basic market research or candidate mapping as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up and smooth process flow across recruitment stages.
- Support recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (recently completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
