Job Description
- Dealing with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control / audit, in line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
- Co-ordinate and promoting company’s Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Buyer’s requirements.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve the QA systems and SOPs in alignment with buyer requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to Top Management for performance analysis and improvement.
- Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero-defect culture in the factory.
- Conduct Size-Set, pre-production, in-line, final inspections with proper documents and ensuring compliance with AQL standards.
- Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively.
- Set KPI & monitor performance of quality & production related employees and workers.
- Collaborate with production, merchandising and technical teams to resolve quality issues properly.
- Coordinate and facilitate all types of technical audits and work on follow-ups and corrective action plans.
- Maintain and enforce compliance with buyer audit protocols, sustainability initiatives, and technical files.
- Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze quality KPIs, defect trends, and customer feedback to drive data-driven improvement initiatives.
- Training, Developing & Mentoring the team regular basis as a team leader.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
